Property Place started as #1 Property Place, then took on the francise of Better Homes and Gardens, which later sold to GMAC Home Services. When GM sold their GMAC home services to a Canadian firm, we opted to go back independent and became Property Place Real Estate again.
Property Place is located in Rowlett, which is in the Northeast part of Dallas County, next to Rockwall and Collin Counties. We service Dallas County, Rockwall County, Kaufman County, Collin County, Hunt County, and Denton County.

Harold Pyles has been licensed as a Realtor since 1978. With a background
in Accounting and Marketing. He has worked in related industries prior to coming to Property Place including owning a related business in the industry and working for a custom home builder.
Harold Pyles came to Property Place in 1990 and has served as working management ever since. Holding the dual position of Sales Manager and Office Manager. He is active in sales of residential and lite commercial real estate. Does Property Management, Residential Leasing, along with working daily with all types of Residential Customers from the first time buyer to the experienced investor. His knowledge in the real estate field makes him the outstanding Realtor and Leader in our company.
